ISO 20700 Training Accredited by ICMCI

Expertise in ISO 20700 guidelines for the effective delivery of management consultancy services is important for management consultants who want to differentiate themselves in the marketplace and establish their credibility. Through this training course, you will learn about ISO 20700 through the use of the ICMCI (International Council of Management Consulting Institutes) checklist tool to help you use ISO 20700 on all your projects. This helps to create transparency between you, the consultant who is delivering the services, and the client who is receiving the services. It’s beneficial to both.

ISO 20700 is the first service delivery standard in the world, and management consulting services were selected for this honor. It marks a milestone in the future development of the industry, especially with regard to the ability to set clear expectations and provide the best possible services to clients.

  • CMC-Global Institute, which operates virtually everywhere in the world where there is no member Institute of ICMCI.
  • CMC Canada for those resident in Canada.
  • IMC USA for those resident in the United States.
  • Caribbean Institute of Management Consultants, for those resident in the Caribbean Region.
  • IMC Hong Kong for those resident in Hong Kong and Macau.

Whether you are already a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a member of an Institute of Management Consultants, or not a member of an institute at all, there is a version of the ISO 20700 training course designed for you.  Each course will be delivered through a state of the art LMS system by Dwight Mihalicz, CMC who has been accredited by ICMCI to deliver each course.

This series of four master classes for management consultants on organization performance. This four-part webinar series is of value to consultants in all stages of their careers. It introduces them to new ways of using existing skills sets to provide more value to clients. It also provides knowledge that consultants can use to reinforce their trusted-adviser status with clients by showing how existing skills can be applied to diagnose root-cause issues in more effective ways.

This content has been designed specifically for management consultants. Each session is independent of the others, but taken together the four sessions provide an insight into an effective overall performance improvement methodology.

All sessions are in seminar style to allow for interactivity and to maximize individualized learning. Each session is two hours in length. The recorded versions include teh consutlnat-participant discussions to enhance the learning experience. Materials are available as a download after registration.
