Why I Believe in Executive Peer Groups

Over the course of my career, I have worked with leaders around the world. One lesson has remained remarkably consistent: leadership can be isolating. Even experienced leaders benefit from having a trusted group of peers who challenge their thinking, share their experiences, and help them make better decisions. That is why I became a TEC Canada Chair and why I continue to invest my time in helping leaders learn from one another.
